Please use the target config uses for IWR6843 device.

Hello

Are you trying to do code development using CCS tool fro TI?

Have you looked at the relevant sections in the TIrex OOB user's guide:

This will tell you the right ccsxml config to chose with the required debug probe.

You may want to check the right EVM configuration for CCS connection - Stand alone more may not work here.
