CCS/AWR1843BOOST: What do you do by connecting with MMWAVEIC BOOST ?

My customer is considering using AWR1843BOOST.

This EVM has XDS110, so I don't think you don't need MMWAVEICBOOST to write software using TOOLBOX's LAB.

Also, I don't think the MMWAVEICBOOST is necessary because raw data extraction using the DCA1000EVM can be connected directly to the DCA1000EVM.

Is this perception correct ?

If correct, what do we need MMWAVEICBOOST to do ?

There was a description of the purpose in "2.6 Connecting the BoosterPack to the LaunchPad or the MMWAVE-DEVPACK" of the following material, but could you please tell me the details?

If I can see from you what MMWAVEICBOOST is needed for, I will tell the customer and ask them to consider purchasing.
