By the way, I see that you used CANFD to transmit message, but the PCAN I bought could only use CAN.

Yes only these two ID will be accepted by the radar device when sending through PCAN. 

Yes this application has been tested only with CANFD.

And I have one more question.In the code, TI defines the sblDataCallback function and assigns it to McanCfgParams ->AppDataCallBack, but I don't see it being called.As I understand it, this is a function that receives data from the CAN bus.Where exactly is it called?If this function does not receive data from the CAN bus, which function receives CAN data?And where is it called?

CAN is not supported. Please use the CANFD if possible. For CAN you may need to write your own code. Please refer to test code @C:\ti\mmwave_sdk_03_05_00_04\packages\ti\drivers\can\test
