My customer have a question as below:
Does the MMIC have a function to allocate Tx beam and Rx beam?
There are two method of passive phased-array and active phased-array.
I think IWRxxxx has passive phased-array systems by RF subsystem block.
Is it correct?

Hello,
Please refer to the below block diagram, in the datasheet, In the device we have 6 bit linear phase shifters are available from which which you could shift the beam by ~5.6 Deg on the Tx side.
This is used for active beam forming applications. And receiver beam forming is done digitally (by keeping antennas by lambda/2 spacing).
