Hello User,
As displayed in the error message, there might be a problem with your ethernet connection. Please check that once.
Also, we do have a FAQ on DCA1000 related queries. Please refer to the page linked below in my signature.

How to check Ethernet Connect as in Section 8.9 of DCA1000EVM Data Capture Card?
Hello User,
Sometimes the ethernet connection doesn't work when you're connected to a local WIFI network. You might as well disconnect from that and try again.
Also, similar queries has been addressed by our experts in the past, so I would like to ask you to look for some similar threads on our forum. Please type "site e2e.ti.com dca1000 ethernet connection failed" in your search engine.

Ishita
I got the same error as last time.
You have turned off local WIFI.

Hello User,
FPGA may have become corrupted. Can you reflash the FPGA wih the latest version 2.8 following the instructions mentioned in mmWave studio user guide section 3.2.
Please power cycle the EVM and DCA1000 card a few times before trying again.
And as I mentioned previously, similar queries has been addressed by our experts in the past, so I would like to ask you to look for some similar threads on our forum. Please type "site e2e.ti.com dca1000 unable to read FPGA version" in your search engine.

Hello User,
When you flash the firmware (i.e. FPGA bit file) following the steps mentioned in the document, it is stored in the flash memory of the board. During power up, this FPGA bit file is loaded from the flash and FPGA DONE LED (LD14) glows to confirm this successful loading.

The FPGA version was not displayed.
When I tried to be a diamond programmer again, I got an error.
Lattice VM Drivers detected (HW-DLN-3C (Parallel))
INFO - Scanning USB2 Port FTUSB-0...
Programmer device database loaded
ERROR - Failed to scan board.
ERROR - Scan Failed - Creating Blank Programmer Project.
I turned the power off and then on again and plugged in the cable, but it didn't change.
The last time I tried to do it, I didn't get an error like this.
Hello user,
Please make sure you're connecting the cable to the correct USB port i.e. FPGA JTAG on the DCA1000 board.
And please take, there a requirement of a Gigabit Ethernet Interface for connection with DCA1000.
Meanwhile, I will look into your error more closely and get back to you in a day or two.
Regards,
Ishita
sorry,
The location pointing to USB was wrong.
I did it the formal way, but I didn't see the FPGA version.
The output of the diamond programmer says:
