MMWAVE-STUDIO: File Format not valid

Looks like the package was not installed properly.

Can you ask the customer to uninstall and install again. If that doesn't help, please delete the RSTD folder and try opening studio again. (RSTD Folder can be found in the following directory: ../Appdata/Roaming/RSTD)

Meanwhile, I will also consult the studio team internally for this.

Does this message pop up even before they get any console prints? If we can get any console (studio output) log, that would be helpful for us to debug.
