Thank you for your response. We have provided the file to our customer however they have mentioned that the driver is not found or recognized by their system. Do we have any specific instructions how they can use the file?

Normally, with zip file, one unzips it, then when needed, navigate to the file path where it it.

The zip file contains the INF drivers. They are not self installing. You have to go to the hardware properties of the SPIO-4 board and run a manual update of the drivers. As Josh pointed out, you have to unzip the file, then when manually updating the drivers you have to go to the location of the unzipped INF files.
