Dears,
we are looking for a solution able to see 1-10mm resolution (at 2-5m max).
Right now mmWave cloud shows 0.037m resolution. Is it possible to go down to at least 10mm? (Maybe by changing firmware)?
Thank you

Hello
TI's mmWave devices are FMWC based and for FMCW the Native Range Resolution is based on Chrirps bandwith.
It can be found in basic FMCW equations
Explained here : 1.1 Intro to mmWave Sensing : FMCW Radars - Module 1 : Range Estimation
Discussed here : https://e2e.ti.com/support/sensors/f/1023/t/918131

Thank you for the information.
Using your documents we able to develop own post-processing algorithm and able to achieve +/-0.5mm range resolution with 12m full range.
In general: Signal requires additional post-processing to get higher resolution with appropriate speed.
