AWR1843: the transmission levels

Regarding the transmission frequency characteristics of the AWR1843, can we assume that the transmission levels of 76-77GHz and 77-79GHz are the same?

Hello Ha Ta,

The transmission levels would depend on the external impedance matching at that frequency (impedance on the PCB) . If the impedance matching is similar between 76-77 Ghz and 77-79Ghz the transmission power would also be similar. Also the effective radiated power would also depend on the antenna. The antenna you use may or may not have the same gain at 76-77Ghz vs 77-79Ghz.
