Hi,
I am hoping to use the TI Cloud Visualizer in Firefox as I cannot use Chrome. I tried to install the TI Cloud Agent with admin rights in my non-admin Windows account. It gave me the "Windows cannot access ... path" error the first time, but when I moved the installer application to my Admin account and installed it worked. I tried to install it in my own Windows account path "C:/users/my account/...". And it seems to work as I can see the TI Cloud Agent software in the list of installed programs in Windows Settings.
However, when I open up the Cloud Visualizer the following shows:
I have tried all the troubleshooting suggestions from the TI Cloud Agent FAQ including changing the 8dot3 settings etc.
Does anyone know what is the problem?
