Dear TI.

PC based real-time processing tool connecting with DCA1000EVM and PC through ethernet.

I'm going to develop PC based real-time processing tool connecting with DCA1000EVM and PC through ethernet.

PC is received ADC data through ethernet with DCA1000EVM.

I wonder that there is frame start signal.

    HI, J.Soo:

    What binary is running on the radar device for your raw data capture application?   In order to recognize frame start, you will have to insert some header for your post processing script to recognize.

    Dear zigang,

    The binary file is below;

    Running binary file : xwr68xx_radarss.bin / xwr68xx_masterss.bin.

    Can I modify post processing script?, As I know, capture program is just binary file.

    If you have the solution, please guide me.

    And I have another question.

    In datasheet, there are the analog pins that can be applied for frame_start, chirp_start, and chirp_end signal.

    However, those registers are not in "the pinmux_xwr68xx.h".

    I would like to get the method for monitoring of frame_start signal through oscilloscope in demo project "mmwave_sdk_68xx_hwa.

    Hi, 

    I do not think we release source code for the xwr68xx_radarss.bin / xwr68xx_masterss.bin.  So it will be hard to make any change. 

    Regarding monitoring frame_start, you can find some information in the document attached.  3731.frameSync.pdf

    But frame_start is when device sending signal, it is not the same as the frame start of LVDS signal.

    I followed your guide, but I didn't get the expected result.

    My environment is below:

    EVK : IWR6843ISK

    Demo project : mmwave_sdk_68xx_hwa

    Test procedure : 

    Am I doing the test wrong in your opinion?

    How can I get the frame_start signal from AWR6843.

    Please assist.

    This is beyond my scope.  It will be the best if you can start a new e2e thread with this specific question so that they can assign it to a hardware expert.
