AWR1443BOOST: mmWave Demo Visualizer cannot recognise the COM ports

Hi,

I have plugged in the AWK1443 EVM and am hoping to use the mmWave Demo Visualizer. I opened up the Device Manger to make sure the connections exist, but the mmWave Visualizer shows nothing from the Serial Ports option. Please see below images. Does anybody know what's the problem? I am using Demo Visualizer v3.1.0, have installed TI Firefox add on and Cloud Agent extension already. Thanks.

Hi,

For AWR1443, which is supported only by SDK 2.1 LTS, you need to use Visualizer version 2.1.0

Hi Cesar,

Thanks for your help. However, I tried with version 2.1.0, the same problem still appears. Nothing shows up as an option for serial ports configuration.

Please do you know what else might have caused this?
