We are looking to redesign their differential impedance transducer used in aircraft and industrial application for Space. We are interested in the LDC1612 Inductance to Digital Converter (LDC).
Do you know if anyone has rad tested this part? If not, based on the process technology, any rough estimation to what the capability will be? If the process technology is known to be heavy ion latch-up immune, we may consider having TID or proton testing performed.
