Dear TI Team

I have a question about the specifications of the FDC1004 data sheet.
Checking the Input Conversion range of FDC1004, it has the following specifications.

The recommended voltage range for VDD on the FDC1004 is 3.0V to 3.6V.
This specification describes 3.3V, but is it ± 15pF (typ) when VDD = 3.0 to 3.6V?

Ottey-san,

The +-15pF ICR given in the data sheet is for VDD = 3.3V.
There will some variation of this over the 3.0V to 3.6V voltage range and temperature, but we do not include that as part of the Typical spec.

Thank you for your reply.

I am considering setting the value of CAPDAC and using it in the range VDD = 3.0 to 3.6.

When setting the CAPDAC, is there any problem in operation if the CAPDAC value is set so that the Input Conversion range (output data range of FDC1004) is within the range of ± 15pF?

The description on suing the CAPDAC can be found in the datasheet section 8.3.2.

Let us know if you need more information on the CAPDAC.
