TMP61: Method to attach on heatsink

Hi Team,

I have some questions from a customer.

Q1: Can TMP61(LPG, TO-92 package) is used in the conditions attached on heatsink of FET?
Q2: If it is possible, Please advise how to attach it on heatsink(the recommendation method).

    Hi Hidekazu,

    Yes, the TO-92 style thermistors are standard in many heatsink temperature monitoring applications. You can find many styles of clips to mount them to the heatsink (if shown two below). Another standard method of mounting a TO-92 package to heatsink is by thermal glue such as Loctite Output 315 thermal conducting glue.
