Hi TI Team,

We are using DCA1000EVM + IWR1843ISK. We are trying to bringup DCA1000EVM to capture raw ADC data. We are folloeing the steps mentioned in "mmWave Sensor Raw Data Capture Using the DCA1000 Board and mmWave Studio" , After flashing BSS and MSS firmware, I could observe SPI Status as :"Disconnected".

Please find the attached image showing the logs.

I will be glad if we get the solution as early as possible.

May I learn the reason for this?

    Hello XiangLin Ji,

    • I can see you've chosen a wrong file in the BSS FW field. Please choose the correct file from the below path : C:\ti\mmwave_studio_02_01_01_00\rf_eval_firmware\radarss\xwr18xx_radarss.bin
    • Also, there is a switch S2 (to select between SPI and CAN) on the xWR1843 Boost EVM. By default that switch is set to CAN. Make sure it is set to SPI. You can find more information about the switch in Boost user guide.
