MMWAVE-STUDIO: Clarification on the Phase shifter Tx0, Tx1, Tx2 in sensor config tab

Hello.
I wanted to know if we can control the phase of the chirps by changing the values in 'Phase shifter Tx0/1/2' in Sensor config tab? I was going through the Application Note(SWRA554A) for the mimo Radar and it says that BPM is supported.

My question is, is BPM the only thing supported when it comes to shifting phase of chirps or can we control the chirp phase with the option on the sensor config tab? For reference, I'm attaching a photo of the options.

Hello Asher,

Yes, this option can also be used to configure variable TX phase shifter values. But please note, this option is only available in some selected devices, refer to the device datasheet to know if your device is supporting this or not.

And if it is supporting, you also need to make sure that "Per chirp phase shifter" checkbox is enabled in the "StaticConfig" tab before you start the actual configuration in SensorConfig Tab.
