I would like to get the target RCS by RADAR equation, but I'm not able to know the precise way to calculate received power.
I thought it can be calculated by FFT amplitude value, VIN_13RF, number of samples, LNA gain and ADC loss.
Is it right?
Would you show me how to calculate received power from FFT amplitude value.
Kindly, also show me other necessary parameters and constant values of IWR6843 (e.g. internal LNA gain).

It is hard to calculate RCS from the amplitude, because there are too many stages from analog gain and the post processing. Instead, I would like to recommend you to calculate the RCS from the SNR. You can refer to this following e2e ticket:

I understood that can be calculated by SNR set in advance and detection limit distance of the target.
I have additional questions.
1) What's the F value of the following equation? I couldn't find the document with it.
2) Is there any way to calculate or estimate RCS in sensing sequence?
I want to make a sensor calculate how big target is.

F in the equation is the noise figure of the receive chain.
2) We do not have RCS calculator based on the received signal value. You can derive it if you are interested. You have all the source code and device datasheet to help.
