Hello,
I'm building an evaluation board and setup to compare a handler system temperature accuracy, and looking to use a temperature sensor with either TMP1075 vs TMP117 silicon. www.ti.com/.../tmp1075.pdf and www.ti.com/.../tmp117.pdf .
I see TMP117 has higher temp limits, so I'll likely go that one. is there active support on this device, and can I get an EVM to test this out?
