AWR6843ISK: Do not start measuring

Hi TI-team

My customer use AWR6843ISK.

They are with the use of the Occupancy & Vital Signs Detection operating verification.

When they run the command in DOS, the visualizer stands up, but it does not start measuring.

The graph is still white.

Is there something wrong with the settings ?

Can you please list the exact device silicaon revision, Tirex version for image download.

Also can you please confirm if you are able to run the OOB demo on the board/device.

Should I check the silicon Rev in EVM Rev ?

What does the Tirex version mean ?

Is it Automotive Toolbox ?

Is OOB a demo using mmwave Demo Visualizer ?

Can they provide a video screen capture of what happens when they launch the visualizer and a picture of the EVM?

Are they able to run the OOB mmWave SDK demo using the mmWave Demo Visualizer without issue?
