Compiler/AWR1843BOOST: DAtA PORT is not connecting

Tool/software: TI C/C++ Compiler

hardware is not connecting , out of two ports only 1 port connects. DATA_OUT port does not connects. What is the issue ?

I am using 5v 3A power supply. chrome browser...

    Hi,

    Is this the first time you are using the board?

    When you connect the micro USB cable to the PC, what do you see in the device manager?

    Hi Cesar,

    Yes this is the first time iam using the board. just unboxed and using now.

    in Device manager i see

    XDS110 Class Application/User UART (COM3)

    XDS110 Class Auxiliary Data Port (COM4)

    When i use the weblink and connect COM3 for application port and COM4 for output data_port .. I see  the hardware connection never getting established status connecting to 2 of 2 targets.. as below

    CLI_CFG_port - connected (COM3:115200)

    DEMO_OUTPUT_DATA_port - connecting (COM4:921600, waiting for data ...)

     

    I use 5v 3A supply, is more current is needed like 4A or more ?

    Thanks for the support , I tried with sdk version 3.2 and could connect. with other versions it does not work. Need to document in the user guide for awr1843boost ?
