GUI Composer Runtime is download form web automatically during the installation process，the version file shows version is 7.4.1.

Are you running the runtime executable folder in the same folder you installed Gui Composer Runtime?

Can you provide more information on errors you are seeing or offline visualizer installation.

In the runtime executable folder, mmWave_Demo_Visualizer folder, I run the "launcher", but no program was started.

no error message when start the mmWave demo visualizer, and no errors appear during the installation of mmWave demo visualizer,

but two errors appear during the installation of TICloundAgent，I followed the instructions , does it have anything to do with mmWave demo visualizer?

It seems to be an issue with administrator privileges on your machine. Can you re-run the installer with the appropriate permissions? Can you try this on another machine where you do have privileges?
