AWR1843BOOST: BOOT in functional mode and flashing mode - nRESET pin issue

Part Number: AWR1843BOOST
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: AWR1843

We have been trying to boot the AWR1843 in functional mode and flashing mode (SOP = 001 and SOP = 101) following figure 5-1 in the datasheet but the AWR nRESET pin R3 is always low. All power supplies are working correctly (3V3, 1V8, 1V24, 1V).

Is there any timing requirement of the power supplies switch order or in the SOP pins state?

All the SOP pins requiring a low state 0 need to be forced to GND or is the default value also low when left floating?

Is there any other way to boot the device that doesn’t require the use of the SOP pins?

thanks
