  • Junichi-san,

Thanks for bringing this to the forum. I have reached out to our test team, and will reply with my findings once I hear back from them regarding the above tests.

  • Junichi-san,

Got some information about this over the weekend. Regarding our TC testing, all of our TC tests meet Q100 requirement, JESD22-A104 and Appendix 3. The temperature ranges for this qualification are -65C/150C with 500 and 1k cycles.

  • Carolus -san,

Thank you very much for your help and providing information of TC specs.

And then, our customer requirement items are much detail,

so I'd like to confirm below "?" specs items.

    TC/Temp Cycle
    Low temp:                   -65C
Low Temp Hold time:  30mines ?
    High Temp:                 +150C
High Temp Hold time: 30mines ?
    Cycle numbers:           500 and 1K
Transition Time of temp: both,  5 mines ?
    Start condition: from low temp?

    Please correct above if wrong.

    Thanks and best regards,

    J.Komura

  • Junichi,

I have reached back out for clarification on this, but confirming this may be delayed with the upcoming christmas holiday. I will follow up again once I confirm your questions.

  • Junichi,

Just wanted to provide an update here. I have not received an answer from the test team yet, and am continuing to push for an answer on this. Unfortunately, this may be due to personnel entering the Christmas holiday period. It may be Monday before I can get a definitive answer on the above.

  • Carolus -san,

Thank you very much for your replay and kindly supporting.

I hope this confirmation will come soon after Christmas holiday.

    Thanks again and best regards,
