AWR2243: DFE output of AWR2243 is 16bit, If I use full 16bit, it can bring higher accuracy, is it right?

Hello team,

   I read mmWave-Radar-Interface-Control.pdf, Page 53, the sub block 0x0082--AWR_ADCOUT_CONF_SET_SB, it has FULL_SCALE_REDUCTION_FACTOR and gives choice for 12bit ADC  0,1,2,3. I have one question: ADC resolution is 12bit of AWR2243, but DFE output is 16bit, that means 12bit of ADC output after digital filter, from my understanding, 16bit have useful information after digital filter, so I should use 16bit data for post-radar algorithm, is it right?  your comment is welcome. thanks!
