Should I have 7.5 V on my own board to program OTP as pga900EVM?
Is there any schematic for connecting USB2ANY to my board in programming mode?

Generally a production board would not include a 7.5V source for the PGA900 programming voltage unless it was also being used for some other purpose on the board. You will need some way to apply the 7.5V for programming, whether it's a pad or test point, but the 7.5V is usually generated outside of the production board.
Connecting the USB2ANY to your production board depends on what communication protocol you are using for programming. If you are programming the OTP through I2C or SPI, you can connect the corresponding USB2ANY pins to your board with the help of the USB2ANY user's guide:

The USB2ANY does not include an OTP programming voltage source. That is something that is either provided at the time of programming external to the production board, or in the case of the EVM, there is a jumper (J15) that applies the onboard 7.5 V supply to the VP_OTP pin.

But is there any pin to connect between USB2ANY (J4)
and pga900 to use USB2ANY as a parallel programmer?
In my Previous boards I used to connect reset pin to the programmer!

If you are using the USB2ANY to program through SPI or I2C, then there is no additional pin needed. You put the microcontroller in reset through a register right in the digital interface, and there is no dedicated pin on the PGA900 for that function.
