TDC1011: Any particular Piezo Sensor to be used for best results along with TDC1011 Analog Front End IC

A list of ultrasonic transducer manufacturers can be found in the BOOSTXL-PGA460 GUI download: TI_PGA460_Transducer__Transformer_Listing_20190801.xlsx

The specific transducers listed are not in the frequency range you need, but I recommend checking out those manufacturer's websites for a 4MHz disc.

Dear Sir,

The Excel sheet(TI_PGA460_Transducer__Transformer_Listing_20190801.xlsx) only contains the Piezo ranging from 30kHz to 400 kHz, while I am searching for a Piezo having an axial resonant frequency of 4Mhz.

I just wanted to know which company's Pizeo did you used while making the datasheet of TDC1000/TDC1011 since it has used a resonant frequency of 4MHz.

I am going to use the TDC1000-TDC7200 EVM, and its GUI to measure the thickness of the metal.

Yes, that list does not have transducer's in the MHz range, but some of the manufacturers listed there also sell higher frequency transducers. 

I see in the datasheet test conditions column that a 1MHz transducer was used. Where do you see reference to a 4MHz transducer? Before the TDC1000-TDC7200EVM was discontinued, it came with a 1MHz Steminc piezo disc.

Sir, I was telling with respect to the datasheet of TDC1000.

In this Pdf, on page 6 (Electrical Characteristics), one can see the f_out frequency= 4MHz.

So, I wanted to know from which company's Piezo sensor was used.
