TIDEP-01012: Cascade binary file

hello

first of all, thank you for your kind responses for previous questions.

we recently bought cascade module and trying to get the binary data for further use in MATLAB.

we successfully got through to the post process in mmwave studio and there was no binary file at the path.

in previous modules, like 6843, there were binary files automatically saved after the post process in the path.

I wonder if there is no function in the mmwave studio 2G.

also, we could find binary file in SSD attached to the sensor anyway, and we tried conventional code we used but it does not work.

i wonder why

    Hello Junyoung,

    Before clicking on the "postproc" button in mmWave studio, did you transfer the captured files to your pc? For some details on the procedure, you can refer to section 8 of mmWave_studio_cascade_user_guide.pdf.

    After you transferred the files over to your PC, mmWave Studio will generate the corresponding files. You should see: 

    • multiple *_data.bin
    • multiple *_idx.bin
    • a single *.mmwave.json
    • a single *.setup.json
