IWR6843: nRESET vs. warmRESET

Part Number: IWR6843

Can you please clarify the difference between those two pins and when would someone select warmRESET over nRST?

We are deciding which one to connect to our host processors. We are thinking warmRESET since it seems to serve as both output indicating the state of the IC (low while in reset, high-z otherwise) as well as an input in case we need to reset the IC (pull it low), is this correct? We also have nRST connected to the PMIC so we are thinking it is better to connect the host to another reset input. If you can she'd some light that would be great. Thanks!
