Hello support team,
I have IWR6843ISK (Rev.C) and I am trying power-up the board by standalone(w/o MMWAVEICBOOST) as following link ;
But it is failed and the root cause may be USB connection issue. Although windows device manager says "no driver", a bottom for updating driver is not available.
Please kindly let me know if there is any way to solve this issue.

Above picture is in Japanese, hence couldn't understand it, But following your description, it appears that USB to UART drivers of the CP2105 chipset has not been installed.
You need to install the Virtual com port (VCP) drivers please refer to following section in the userguide.

You could install the drivers from the following location.
https://www.silabs.com/developers/usb-to-uart-bridge-vcp-drivers
After that you could follow below training video for running the EVM in stand alone configuration.
