LDC1612: read data error

HI Team:

I encountered Sensor Amplitude Low Error when using LDC1612. Is the Sensor Amplitude set by the register or configured by the hardware.

The register settings for my application are:

SETTLECOUNT1          0x0040
CLOCK_DIVIDERS0   0x1001
CLOCK_DIVIDERS1   0x1001
ERROR_CONFIG       0x00FD

MUX_CONFIG              0x820D
DRIVE_CURRENT0       0x9800
DRIVE_CURRENT1       0x9800

An external reference clock of 40 MHz is used.

I'm guessing you may have a low drive current for your sensors' Rp.
There is guidance in the data sheet section 8.1.5 about this topic.
