Can you suggest which one is working exactly same as the parts MX25R1635FZUIH0?

We just order different parts using the same PCB provided by TI.

Hi,

Any of the SFLASH in the reference app note should work. You need to confirm from Macronix which of the IC on the list is pin for pin compatible with your design.
