Other Parts Discussed in Thread: IWR6843
Or is there a part in the mmwave portfolio better suited for this sort of application?
Thanks!
Lauren

Hi Lauren
Either the IWR1443 or IWR6843 will be appropriate. You will want to use as many of the 4 Rx and 3 Tx antenna as possible for better angular resolution, this allows the sensor to detect where certain parts of the container would have more dust pilings than others.
Can you post a picture or a diagram? How much accumulation of dust are we talking here? Also what is the size of the container and allowed sensor placement?

AG
Hey AKash,
Thanks for your reply!
I have more details from the customer that I will send to you - it's proprietary so please keep it internal, but of course feel free to reply here in this thread.
Thanks!
Lauren
One more question - they're trying to identify a 3rd party network to help with Turnkey design. I found the 3rd party tool and I'm looking at both 1443 and 6843 options, but for the application I'm not sure which would be better - level sensing or a "split air conditioner". I'm not sure what a "Split Air Conditioner" is, I assume it has something to do with testing particles in the air but that's a wild guess. Do you think that would be a better description for the application when finding a 3rd party? Or do you have an alterative suggestion for the application filter I should be taking a look at?
Hey Akash - I'm still waiting for a response on this. Just emailed you as well.
