IWR6843ISK: Hardware trigger

I am currently using a DCA1000EVM+IWR6843ISK+MMWAVEICBOOST in mmWave Studio. The goal is to be able to capture data using hardware triggers from an external source.
Acoording to above two threads, the procedures I followed are:
1) Set the trigger select to Hardware Trigger and hit trigger frame
2) Feed the pulse to SYNC IN on pin 9 of J6 connector

I keep getting the message: [RadarAPI]: No of files Captured: 0, Total no of frames for each device : 8

What should I do?

Hi, Ayaka:

It will be good to make sure that the setup runs good with software trigger. Then we can focus on the hardware trigger issue.

Thank you for your reply, Zigang.

I missed the page 2 of below thread.

So I got rid of R346, and place a resister on R348.

Still my set up runs well with software trigger, but not run with hardware trigger.

What shoulld I do?

Sorry, I did place a resister on R348 according to below thread.

But I don't understand that R120 should remove or not.
So I did anything about R120 yet.

Hi, Ayaka:

I found some hardware trigger information on the ICD (interface control document).

If hardware triggered mode is used, the SYNC IN pulse width should be less than the ON time of the frame (in case of legacy
frame config mode) or the ON time of the burst (in case of advanced frame config mode). Also, the minimum pulse width of SYNC IN
should be 25 ns.

The R120 do not need to be changed.

Hi, Ziang:

The cause was that the pulse rise time was set incorrectly.

The rise time was too long to supply the set 3.3 V.

I did run the radar with a hardware trigger at pulse width 50 us and the rise time 3.51 us!
