OPT3101: Difference of calibration at different temperature points

Part Number: OPT3101

Hi team,

After the temperature compensation coefficient is calculated, the internal crosstalk value of OTP3101 is calibrated. It is found that different effects are produced according to different calibration temperature points

When calibrated at 70 ℃, the amplitude value is below 10. When the temperature is changed, the amplitude value is less than 15 in the range of 40-85 ℃;

When calibrated at 40 ℃, the amplitude value cannot be reduced to below 10. When the temperature rises to 85 ℃, the amplitude value drifts about 25;

Note: it is calibrated according to manual method!!!

Question: during the internal crosstalk calibration, is the current temperature matched with the coefficient stored in pairs?
