Hi,

I am using IWR6843ISK-ODS with DCA1000 to capture raw data. I have installed all the drivers. However, on connecting RS232, I am getting the following error:

Setup Details:

Here is mmWaveStudio's snapshot:

Here is a picture of my setup:

I am connecting the USB ports and ethernet cable to an Intel NUC. The power supply to DCA1000 is rated 5V, 3A. I can see all the COM ports correctly on the device manager.

I have read several related threads on this issue but nothing has worked. Here is what I have tried so far:

- Power cycled the device and made sure all the USB, ethernet and radar connections are correct.

- Rebooted mmWave Studio and PC

- Tried with a different baud rate.

If you look closely at the setup picture, the D7 LED on IWR6843 is ON. Does it indicate anything?
