Hello, I was looking for an electrical model to perform signal integrity analysis that would be compatible with Mentor's Hyperlynx such as an IBIS model or S-parameter model

I think from an IBIS perspective, the TMP121 model located here should work - please check it out:

Hello Josh ,

Thank you for the reply. There is a difference in the I/O between the two components. Would is be possible for you guys to produce a model for the TMP125 so that I am working with a more accurate model?

I don't see any difference in the I/O voltages or input cap between the parts.

Regarding the creation of a new model - at this time probably not feasible in any short time frame - would recommend you using the model we do have.
