I am setting up TI mmwave radar IW6843 with real time data module DAC1000 to collect some raw data
I am having some trouble getting DCA1000 recognized on my PC
My windows device manager is not recognizing i.e., I can't find any COM ports
On slide 11, it says that I should see 4 ARM-devpack COM ports for DCA1000 board. However, I don't see them.

In addition to that, customer had already tried these following steps below. However, they still don't see any FTDI port in my device manager.
