Thank you for posting.
The maximum sensor capacitance for the FDC2114 is 250 nF with a 1 mH inductor and 10 kHz sensor oscillation frequency. This can be seen in section 8.5 of the FDC2114 datasheet.
The following equation can be used to calculate sensor capacitance for other inductance and frequency values:

FDC2114EVM has 18mH inductor and 33pF capacitor on the board.
In the above case, how much capacity does "C sensormax" have?

Hello,
The FDC2114EVM has an 18µH inductor. As a result, the sensor capacitance is recommended to be around 33 pF, and this will allow the system to be more sensitive to shifts in capacitance.
Are you looking to change the 33 pF capacitor that is on the board? This is already the optimized value for the EVM.
