TDC7200: Need sample rate data!

Hi team,

My customer would like to design TDC7200 but they need clarify one item.
Could you advise the TDC7200 speed or Sample Rate? Or is there any simple way to feedback.
They need a clear answer.

I also provide one photo for their needed. Can we show like as OPT3101?

    The TDC7200 is a high precision device that can measure pulse width unlike the OPT3101 that is based on a sample rate architecture the TDC7200 is based on high speed Schmitt triggered comparators. 

    Please refer to the timing specs for the application.

    Thanks for your response but it still not solved customer's question.

    Let me explain again customer's question. They are concern the data conversion speed.

    Based on their measurement result, the conversion speed is around 400kHz, it is too slow. They need 6MHz speed for their application.

    How they measured this timing, it is based on section 8.4.6 sequence.

    Measurement start from step2 then check INTB signal for complete time.

    Please advise how to achieve customer's target.

    Is customer considering the SPI transaction as part of the conversion of 400 Khz ? Please provide clarity on how the SPI bus is used for the measurements.
