To whom it may in concern,

when  I using the mmWave Demo Visualizer , the serial ports are not shown and the proxy.js is empty.

I work with IWR1843BOOST. I was able to work with mmWave Studio 02.01.01.00. I was able to work with UniFlash 6.2.0.
But in mmWave_Demo_Visualizer ver 3.5 serial ports are not shown. Also in the proxy.js file the value of exports.proxy is empty.

We have not seen such issue and with the limited information provided it will be difficult to debug.

Please try the following:

1. Follow ALL steps for OOB+Visualizer connection/setup and confirm that those are successful.

 eg: COnfirm if browser plugin for TI is installed and shows up.  or connect disconnect port shows up, is the mmwave device setup in the correct mode for running the demo

2. Try the OOB + visualizer  after a reboot on windows before using any other  utility on the port

3. Try  different windows machine

I tried it on another device with the same Windows and it worked.
The settings, connections, firewall, etc. are the same on both devices.
But  (in mmWave_Demo_Visualizer ver 3.5 serial ports are not shown) it does not work in the main system.

THank you for confirming that your PC system is able to work with a  different (2nd)  IWR1843boost. This says you have the required PC software for uart driver, flashing  and running the visualizer.

Now the 1st board which is not working :

1. Was it working before and then it stopped working.

2. Is the uart to usb device firmware erased for any reason.  Please see how to get the right software for it https://e2e.ti.com/support/sensors/f/1023/t/837685?AWR1843BOOST-Problems-flashing-TM4C-MCU-with-XDS110-firmware-

I test the same IWR1843. I didn't change radar. I checked it in other PC and it worked but couldn't find problem with my PC.
in both system, all configuration is OK and installed and The same.
Win OS 10, Firewall is off, browser is Google chrome , ...

It seems to be a problem either with your machine or your version of Chrome browser. Is it possible to run with a clean install of Chrome?

I checked all the items and deleted and reinstalled all the software to make sure.
in both system, all configuration is OK and installed and The same.
