Is there a way to export raw data for processing? Currently, one can output .bin file. Is there a way to capture raw date, differently?
In addition, do we have a .lua file to repeat the setup shown in this pic?

Hi,
The raw data is exported as a binary file on the host PC. This is the only way supported by the cascade kit.
In order to reproduce the measurement shown in the picture you would need to use the MIMO configuration provided in mmwave studio
C:\ti\mmwave_studio_02_01_01_00\mmWaveStudio\MatlabExamples
Thank you

Hi Cesar,
I assume this example supports cascade board with XAWR2243P radar sensor. Please confirm. Is Matlab license needed to run this example? Please point me to a detailed guidance on how to run the example.
Also, what’s the format used for the binary file? Ultimately we need to run our own script to process the data.
Thanks,
Rick
Hi,
Yes, these examples can be run on the cascade kit with AWR2243P. These are capture only examples. Which means that the data is captured on the PC in a file and is post processed off line.
These examples do not support a run time demo.
Please start by downloading the mmwave studio 3.x (MMWAVE-STUDIO-2G)
C:\ti\mmwave_studio_03_00_00_14
Then follow the instructions provided in
C:\ti\mmwave_studio_03_00_00_14\docs\mmwave_studio_cascade_user_guide.pdf
You will need Matlab License to run the scripts provided in
C:\ti\mmwave_studio_03_00_00_14\mmWaveStudio\MatlabExamples
I will close this thread now.
