uniflash: Error! Cannot read property 'DS' of undefined

Trying to get mmWave IWR6843ISK people counting demo up and running but we can't flash the board using uniflash, same results using cloud or desktop version.

We get the error Cannot read property 'DS' of undefined.

I've searched and read through all the forum posts, none of the so called solutions are working. This seems to be a common problem, has TI identified what's the real root cause? Anything else we can try? Are there logs we can capture that might help? I saw mention of logging capability but when I click the link, it just takes me to the Uniflash download page.

Hi Brad,

If you enable the ds.log and post both that and the debug log, we can take a look.

Hi Jackson,

Thanks for the quick reply. I was about to ask the team to capture the log when they informed me the problem is resolved. They found a PC that is not on their corporate network and got it to work. This issue is resolved.
