IWR6843: Lab Vital signs demo with IWR 6843

Hi:

I use our antenna to demo lab vital signs, there are some problems.

1. In lab vital signs, it can’t find the matching relationship of channel and antenna Rx through adjusting config. What are the using quantity and number of antenna Tx and Rx in this lab?

2. In the situation of the hardware is same with TI IWR6843, only the antenna is different. Using TI lab Vital Signs GUI, the experiment result of TI IWR6843 is normal, but the experiment waveform vibrate in ours. What is the cause of this?

    Hi YC

    The lab uses 1 Tx and 1 Rx for Vital Signs measurement.

    Can you specify which EVM you are using? Can you post some screenshots or pictures of what you are seeing?

    Also I would recommend that your space around the sensor be completely free of both vibration and disturbance.
