    the only sensor that we can offer for an application such as this is the DRV425, but this is a magnetic field sensor, rather than an electric field sensor, and I don't necessarily know if this is the best solution here. The magnetic field is going to be examining the current rather than the voltage, and obviously the current is much smaller in magnitude in these types of applications. 

    A few things to consider.

    • You cannot distinguish between voltages with this method, it simply examines current magnitude
    • You would need 2 DRV425 to remove the common magnetic field only earth field
    • You will need to determine that no other magnetic fields coming from other sources. with this low of sensing you would need to eliminate other sources. 
      • Earth field would be the only one you could cancel out with two DRV425 unless you know where the other sources is coming from.
