PGA900: CCS debug error

When debug the PGA900 using CCS, it would appear "No source available for "0xfffffffe" error as below:

Could you please help to analyze what is the problem?

Hello Kailyn,

It would help to have more context for this error. This usually happens when the M0 is locked up in debug mode and needs to be reset. This can be done by using the Reset button on the toolbar or going to Run -> Reset.
