PGA900EVM: PGA900 programming

Part Number: PGA900EVM

When I use CCS5.5 to debug PGA900 with PGA900EVM, at first I can debug my programing.But when I quit debug mode,try to debug again,there are some errors.

Seems like there are some problems with breakpoints,I tried to remove all the breakpoints,but it seems does't work.

So please tell me is there anyting I can do to solve this problem?THX.

Hello,

The problem is not with the breakpoints but with the CPU target state. You can reset the M0 by using the Reset button on the toolbar or going to Run -> Reset.

I trird reset,but it seems does'st work.

And this problem happened when i use PGA900 GUI to config while i'm debuging in CCS everytime,If i just debug in CCS, this problem disappear.

So i can't use GUI while it's debuging in CCS?

Hello,

That is correct. While using the GUI the PGA900's internal M0 must be held in reset, which prevents it from running in debug mode.
