Hi Team,
We are working on FT4232 with the IWR6843 combination. we've successfully flashed the binary files and able to see the people count on the visualizer. we're tried Industrial Toolbox-3.6.2, below is the binary file path.
Binary File Path:
C:\ti\mmwave_industrial_toolbox_3_6_2\labs\lab0015_pplcount_68xx\prebuilt_binaries\pplcount_lab_xwr68xx.bin
We observed some problem mentioned below:
1. After successfully flashing the binary file into the IWR6843 sensor using Uniflash, I opened the visualizer and connected the COM ports (Command and Data port), when I click on the start button some times visualizer generated an error called "Bad Script" and it is automatically closing the window. after removing the USB cable and on reconnecting to the laptop for 3 to 4 times, then only the visualizer is working. Please help me with this error. is there any solution to fix this issue?
2. While running the visualizer sometimes the sensor detecting multiple people without a human in front of the sensor and sometimes it is detecting correctly. today I ran the device for more than 3 hrs, after running 1hr duration, the sensor detected the exact count. Is there any time to wakeup backend algorithms? do we need to modify/change the config parameters for accurate count and precision?
