TIDEP-01012: Led not on when powered on

Dear TI community members:

Got two units of the new imaging radar kit.

MMWCAS-DSP-EVM +

Tested the two units. One of them functions properly when powered on and tested in mmwave studio.

The other unit cannot be recognized and only one green led on DSP board is on when powered. Does anyone have a clue?

Fig1 and Fig2 are the working unit. Fig3 and Fig4 are the ill-functioning one.

Hello,

Could you let us know the specifications of the power adapter used for your setups? A 12V, 5A supply is the minimum requirement.

Also, can you check the 12V, 3.3 and 5V test points and let us know your observations?
