IWR6843AOP: Software, modifying the cabin sensing code

My customer is trying to modify the Cabin Sensing: Occupancy and Vitals Signs Detection lab (Automotive Toolbox 3.2.0) which is written for the IWRR6843ISK antenna to work on the IWR6843AOP antenna.

Has this been done before?

They have modified the steering vector generation function and invCov matrix generation function but are not seeing the output they'd expecting.

Are there other items they should be addressing?

    Hi,

    Incabin vital signs has not been done on AOP before. Due to the chain used for this lab, we can not guarantee that it will work with a different antenna package. You may want to considering attempting to add vital signs to the overhead incabin demo, as this demo has support for the AOP antenna package. However, the overhead location is not the easiest to detect vital signs. Let me know your thoughts here.
